Climate change awareness projects: Collaborating Across Europe

Collaboration between a Spanish school, IES Levante, and schools across Europe on various projects to raise awareness about climate change and promote sustainable development. The projects involved the entire educational community and integrate environmental education from a holistic perspective.

Erasmus Project with Norway (Akademiet VGS)
    • Objective: Compare the consequences of climate change in southern Spain and Norway.
    • Activities: Discussions on the regional impacts of climate change.
Erasmus Project with Germany (Gymnasium Paul Gerhardt in Dassel)
    • Objective: Address Goal number 13: Climate action.
    • Activities: Spanish and German students created videos and worked on proposals to mitigate climate change.
 
 

 

 

European Project on Urban Gardens
    • Objective: Use the school garden as a model for an urban garden project, serving as an educational tool for future citizens.
 
 

 

 

Training Course at Teoretic Petru Cercel High School, Romania
      • Objective: Share experiences and learn about ecosocial education to improve the environment
      • Activities: Exchange of ideas and practices with Romanian counterparts.
